Sea to Snow LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates two lines of business:

snow.news, a newsletter and digital publication currently offering free journalism and content; and
Sea to Snow LLC consulting, which provides journalism, writing, research, and related professional services.

By subscribing to snow.news or by purchasing consulting services from Sea to Snow LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. snow.news (Newsletter & Digital Content)

1.1 Access and Subscription

Subscriptions to snow.news are currently free. By subscribing, you agree to receive email newsletters and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. If we introduce optional paid subscription tiers in the future, you will be notified in advance and will not be charged without your explicit consent.

1.2 Content and Copyright

All content published on snow.news is the property of Sea to Snow LLC unless otherwise noted. Subscribers may not redistribute, republish, or commercially use content without written permission.

1.3 Optional Paid Offerings (Future)

If snow.news adds paid tiers or optional paid content in the future, those offerings will be clearly described at the time of purchase, and charges will occur immediately at checkout.

2. Sea to Snow LLC Consulting Services

2.1 Scope of Work

Sea to Snow LLC provides consulting, journalism, writing, research, editing, and related professional services. These services are typically governed by individual agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

2.2 Payments

Consulting invoices are billed at the time services are delivered or as specified by contract. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other agreed-upon methods.

2.3 Refunds for Consulting Work

Refunds for consulting invoices are issued only in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by both parties.
